LEGAL NOTICE The Susquehanna County Career and Technology Center (SCCTC) is soliciting bids for the following: On lot sewage system for the House Construction Project. The Property is located on the premises of the Elk Lake School District located on Hunsinger Road, Dimock, PA 18816. Bids must be received no later than 3:00 PM, Monday August 29, 2014. All bids are to be directed to: Susquehanna County Career and Technology Center Attn. Business Manager/House Project- On lot sewage system P.O. Box 100 Dimock, PA 18816-0100 All bids must include this specification sheet signed by the bidder. All measurements, elevations, sizes and volumes should be verified on site by the bidder prior to submittal of bid. Work is to commence after the award of the bid and be completed by September 30, 2014 the bid should include the following specifications: *All materials and labor to complete the on lot sewage system according to the design specifications. A complete system with all waste line, wiring, pumps, tanks and associated materials is the goal. All inspections and notifications are the sole responsibility of the bidder. All bidder must contact Gary Fenton, S.C.C.T.C Construction site Coordinator at 570.954.1639 (cell) or 570.278. 6703 (work) for a system design drawing and to set up a site inspection.
